Yesterday was a momentous, in my opinion, event — HR Pro Awards. Firstly, it was very professional and authoritative — hundreds of participants representing the profession, 50+ experts, each of whom evaluated dozens of projects in 11 nominations.
Secondly, it was very interesting — the projects presented once again highlighted the people-centric approach of business. Thirdly, it was the recognition of the profession - large-scale and absolutely. HR is the “heart of the company”.
Today was not just a well-designed conference, it was saturated with different and valuable real cases. Cases about system development and digital transformation of the business, which has already brought the first millions. Do you know what united all the nominees of the contest? This is passion and sincere love for their work. The same big purpose that motivates to create completely new at the industry and country level.
